Register with the Pantry

First time families can register on-line with the pantry through Northern Illinois Food Bank here or use the QR code below.
(Please use Google translate for forms in Spanish.) More information on self-registration is available in English and Spanish.

What You Will Need

When you come, please bring a photo ID as well as a recent (no more than 3 months old) utility bill that shows your current address.

To receive food, you will be requested to verbally confirm that your monthly household gross income is at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level based on household size. These limits are set by the Illinois Department of Human Services.

Confined to Home?

Families who are already registered with FISH, and who are confined to home for health or other reasons, should contact us during opening hours to learn how someone else can collect food for them or how we may be able to arrange for home delivery.
